Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

Trending24 monitors public sources such as search trends, app charts, developer sites and news outlets, detects topics that are spiking, and reports them with a reason and links to the sources.

The free feed is published 30 minutes after detection. Paid plans add real-time alerts, industry packs, keyword alerts and other features listed on the pricing page. A feature that is listed there is part of your plan; features we describe as planned are not.

2. Data comes from public sources, and can be wrong

Please read this before you rely on anything we send:

• Public sources. Our data comes from public sources that we do not control. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we can lose access to them.
• Attribution can be wrong. The reason we give for a trend is produced automatically, in part with AI. It can be mistaken even when the source links are real. Check the sources before you act.
• No delivery guarantee for any one signal. We can miss a trend or report it late. The track record page shows how we did, not how we will do.
• Not investment advice. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We do not provide price predictions or trading signals.
• Third-party content. Headlines and linked pages belong to their publishers. We are not responsible for their content.

3. Your account

You can use the bot with your Telegram account. A website purchase is held on an account linked to the Stripe customer that paid, and you connect it to Telegram with a one-time link. Keep that link private; anyone who opens it can connect the subscription to their own Telegram account.

You must be old enough to enter into this contract where you live, and purchases must be made or approved by an adult. Each plan has a set number of seats (1 on Pro and Pro+, 5 on Team). Do not share a seat outside your plan.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not resell or republish the feed as your own data product, or scrape the Service at scale, without our written permission. Quoting individual items with attribution is fine.
• Do not attack, overload or try to get around the limits of the Service.
• Do not use the Service to break the law or the rights of others.

We can suspend access that breaks these rules. If we end a paid plan because of a breach, we do not refund the remaining period unless the law requires it.

5. Free trial

New Telegram users can try Pro+ features for 7 days, once per Telegram account, with no payment details. When the trial ends you move to the free feed unless you subscribe. Limits during the trial can be lower than the paid plan, for example 3 perspective analyses.

6. Prices, payment and renewal

Prices, the currency, what is included and the billing period are shown before you pay. Prices include any taxes we are required to collect unless checkout says otherwise. Your bank may charge its own conversion or overseas fees.

Website purchases are processed by Stripe. We never receive your full card number. Card statements show the charge as AKIFUKAKU TRENDING24.

Telegram purchases are paid with Telegram Stars under Telegram's terms. They last 30 days at a time and renew unless you cancel in Telegram. Support for them is in the bot under /paysupport.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the current price until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. If we change a price we will tell you before it applies, and you can cancel first.

If a renewal payment fails we may retry it. Paid features stop a few days after the period ends if payment has not succeeded.

7. Starting immediately, and withdrawal

A subscription is a service we start supplying as soon as you pay. At website checkout we ask you to confirm that you want supply to begin immediately. If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal (for example in the EU or the UK), you can still withdraw within 14 days of purchase, and we refund the part of the period not yet supplied. 8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country whose law gives you mandatory protections, those protections continue to apply to you.

9. Liability

Subject to section 8 and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the Service, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or opportunity. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and ending the Service

We can change the Service, including its sources, which are public and outside our control. If a change materially reduces what you have prepaid, you can cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion. If we stop the Service we will refund the unused portion of prepaid periods. We may update these terms; the version that applies to a purchase is the one published when you made it, and we will tell you before a change that materially affects an ongoing subscription to your disadvantage.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Courts of the Australian Capital Territory and the Federal Court of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live. We do not require arbitration and you do not waive any right to take part in a class action.
